SS - but what is it?????

This is a ground find, i think it was in a fire, because it was so black.
I clean it with a toothbrush and soap. I's only 5 cm high!
Is it from a table flag, or other SS-decoration

???

i believe it's called a"standard" flag topper, or "fuhrer's standard", placed on the right front fender of the mercedes benz driven by top leaders. Please correct me if im wrong.
