I go there often and enjoy it very much.

PS The spire in the distance is the city hall on the Grande Place in Bruxelles, as seen from across town.

Is that a gray? At first glance it looked like Feldgrau, just as F-B said, a Wehrmacht Heer kontrakt Schirmutze. An NCO cap judging by the quality, with some later additions.
