What makes you so sure it's fake?
I have put my argument forward as to why I think it's ok. Unfounded comments help no one. The hobby is difficult enough with different opinions. but scathing comments like "it's fake" don't help anyone...unless you know something we don't?
It appears to be a 3 piece construction badge, which would point to it being a correct period one

When you say 3 piece construction do you mean the skull the disc then the back plate
i have heard this said before but could not understand it
