Not a type I have ever seen. If you are thinking of buying I would wait for some of the guys with more years doing this than I. My personal thought though is it looks to be an attempt to re-make a well known original type. If you look at some of the previous threads there will surely be some to view with other variations. I am pretty sure though that this type was always made with the tan buckram backing. Also welcome to the forum.

they look well made, they appear rzm style, but not quite, maybe a tailor made item , i do like them but from looking on past post since i joined{not long} bob hritz will tell youi immeadiatly, george.w

They appear original to me. The runics on the fine cotton muslim are rather hard to find.
