SS collar tabs nr.3 good or bad ?

Saarbruecken & Koeln. The badge cloth in all of these is quite the same, and is made of 100% wool of very high quality. Also, the alu Stickerei shows its age through oxyidation as well as the slight unraveling of the strands, which are generally visible with the lupe. These things are around 70 years old and more, afterall.

I like the embroidery, even it's not typical, the backing looks a bit strange, but I would say at the rest of collartabs- the tabs must be original, but I personally would pass on them if I chose them for my collection without hand inspection

I do not like the number 3 collar tab. The backing and glue residue look identical to many fake pieces of SS insignia. It is not a collar tab I would place into my collection.

I am glad master Hritz offered his voice and thanks for the use of his images, too. I only collect these things attached to the foetid black woolens, ergo, I cannot generalize about their reverse aspect as can my friends here.
