SS Enlisted Buckle, Fake?

Found this buckle today in a shop, I don't know a whole lot bout them guys. I looked at the refences posts, but cant make heads or tails of them.

Seems like a fair price if real, but i'm not sure.

Its a known fake "OLT" was a maker from England I think

Long time since I have seen a olt Fakers name Oliver L Tillman or so from England I think since it looked close to the real olc it impailed a lot of people back in the day including me. timothy
