This pennant looks brand new with a couple of washes to make it look dated. The lettering is very modern looking and has no German feel to it. Based on these observations, it's a reproduction, imo.

Im confused? The two examples in the link you've provided are completed different than the one above-which is printed verse a embroidery application process.
Admittedly flags aren't my forte but I'm pretty such, as said above, this example doesn't have a chance of being real.
