The secondary works in English upon which so many rely, and especially the coffee table books with few notes, are a problematic heap. The actual examples that endure somehow speak more eloquently to me, at least. I prefer the simple black service uniform, really. The Berlin Nazi night life gala suits do not do it for me, really, although the elite stylishness is all well and good. I would not want to pay a great of money for such items.
