Thankyou for the reposting of the photos. 3rd party hosting sites are very website unfriendly and useless.
They are but a whisp of smoke.

I have read through the whole thread and found no one made that statement.
It is original, with original insignia.
    What are your concerns?

Sir, where should negotiations for sale be conducted? PM or is the tunic on consignment somewhere?

Hi Guys, I have had this tunic in hand.

It was going to be consigned to auction two years ago but then the owner decided to withdraw it before it came to sale. I was actually prepared to buy it myself and made an offer which was turned downed and was told it was going to be sold to another family member. Clearly this did not happen. I believe it was originally purchased from Alan Beadle back in the 1980's or 1990's.

The shoulder straps I don't like. But they are slip on's and can easily be changed.

The cuff title is originally sewn and not replaced.

The eagle and collar tabs are original but replaced. I went over this tunic with a eye glass and found some tiny remains of old thread here and there which showed they were replaced.

If it is now being sold, it should be advertised in the classified section and not on the forum.

    Cheers, Ade.
