Yes, there were worn by the Waffen SS.
Yes, also produced post war by the Czech Army and used by them. See pic.
Always pay very close attention to the buttons, as post war examples will be retro fitted with German buttons. Post war have Czech buttons. Check also for Crossed Swords ink stamps.
