Thank you to all who commented on this thread, and for the enjoyable submissions above (its always a pleasure to see Liza Minnelli in her prime...).

Although I struggle to imagine such a person could exist, hopefully any potential purchaser of this thing may come across this discussion and save their money. Even giving the most generous allowance for natural human failings, I can only conclude that the vendor of such an item is either dishonest or radically ill-informed.
