SS Nachrichtung shoulder strap.

Would appreciate opinions on this shoulder strap. Is it an original SS signals strap? Many thanks for your help.

I have no doubt that this is an original strap, however..... It bothers me a little, almost as if it has been dyed black... Hope it's not one of the "Butler Specials" ( how many of the members have heard of Butler, and what he used to do)

Is there a test to ascertain whether this was dyed please? Is it definitely a dyed Wehrmacht example? Many thanks
