The Wagner Hoheitszeichen and the Deschler badge are often present on these caps, in fact.

Such SS caps came in at least two versions: one for regular service, and a nicer version for extra wear, with better textiles and a nicer silk or imitation silk lining. This image courtesy Pascal Bernhard and Peter Jenkins.
