As Steve said a better rune tab picture is needed.I certainly can say that the litzen on the rank trab is bad.

run away, what is this for a tunic anyhow not for the SS ....

better pics would be nice however, as has been said before, the litzen does not look right and the alignment of the runes appears incorrect to me from these images. there are other issues as mentioned.
