to my eye, this tab has definite issues.
in particular, but among other things, the runes are of uneven and unequal geometry. this is not normally something i've seen.
someone more experienced than i may come along and differ and they would be welcome to do so.

Note also the wool used. That open looking weave is used on many fakes.

yes, you really have to look at that what Adrian mentions. that coarse weave is a problem. as is also the piping.
notice the stray threads as if the tab were tunic removed... from a repro tunic perhaps. or added to aid in effecting the ruse.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the parallel test. I've seen many tabs said to be authentic which "failed" it in someway. That said, it is still my opinion these tabs aren't original. Along with the open weave used as Ade has already pointed out, the embroidery is quite poor, and such is usually the first characteristic I tend to judge with attempting to authenticate these tabs. I am very sorry for the bad news.
