Sorry, It's a known reproduction. The wreath is where the most obvious problem exists. There are no highlights at 12, 3, 6, and 9'clock.
The bullion on the swastiza should not match the bullion on the wreath. There are several different concerns with regard to general proportion of the wings to the body both on the vertical as well as the horizontal axis. This is an "RZM" style eagle, and it's quality was controlled. No way would this bird ever have been issued during the period, even if it was original...............which it isn't.

That is one ugly bird. Study the many genuine examples found on our site and you will see the difference easily.
