SS Overseas Hat and Insignia

Hello All,
I am a thousand miles away at being good at identifying good SS stuff from Bad.
A friend of mine has just sent a picture over and I can get more if need be but can anybody give me a quick call as to whether this Overseas Cap with insignia stands any chance?

From the image(which is not very good), the insignia appears to be very poor copies. With bad insignia, the cap is likely of the same 4th Reich vintage.
