    with all due respect to bob, that skull looks screwy to me, real or not.
    Darn, I was going to give you one of mine for Christmas, guess I'll have to scratch that idea, maybe a nice hand grenade?

    OK, fair enough, here ya go!
    I added in an idea of what a visor cap skull could have looked like!

    Now, you must admit that just lining up some SS Tuxedo skull ribbon bars would have been boring.
    As I said, these skull bars can dress up anything if one wishes to think about it. Naturally a Tux, Allg canteen, or even an SS General Officers flat wire overseas hat.

    The problem is that the way you displayed it you can not tell it they are genuine or not. My suggestion of lining them up was a good one because then you COULD tell if they were genuine.

    Suggest you study them a little harder, also along withh what they are with.
    I was collecting these things before you were born.

    I don't like to quote values, so I'd say what ever you pay in the thousands, you will see the value go up as I have over the last 50 plus years of collecting German militaria. I'm sure you know what I mean.

    They all had red eyes when issued. When I pulled one of the others out of the insignia tray, the red material fell out out of it, but it is now back were it belongs, and in the tray.

    It looks like the skull try's to smile...

    I prefere the bogus...speaking of design!....
    But I am not intitled to such ideas ...as I recall;
    because I never saw a real one before....however it seems to me the National Belgian War Museum as one (or more )...I wunder if they would let me photographe the flip side....??
