SS Rider school shoulder title

I would like some feedback on this,what I consider to be a very rare shoulder bar to the SS Munich rider school commanded by Fagelin,hope the spelling is correct. I have had this for a while now and was bought from a high end dealer here in the UK. I will post it for sale if I get positive feedback as I no longer have an interest in SS gear. would like to hear some other opinions, only for my view I would expect more round pins and hope this is not a cast copy.
But lets wait as well for other opinions.

Can Robert please explain about the pins he refers to. Looking at it in hand it does not look cheap and cast,the overall quality of the board is excellent. The wear on the end is commensurate with the board rubbing against the tunic.

The shoulder board itself is quite real. There is much travail associated with these insignia.
