I Think there was a piping on It as I can see some "piping-rest" on the back (right-below). And Iam also now positive that It's a Belgian variant.

For my view an original tab, and the piping was getting sometime removed. Evidence for this is there.
Sure not a very beloved tab, but it pending on the taste of the collector. When there is some history about it, like from a veteran would make it even more interesting.

Have to say that I would have initially passed on this one but given the amount of positive feedback, perhaps I should just pay more attention.
