Dog days of summer I guess , traffic must be down .
One question , does the lower retaining strap have its button hole off to one side ?
Also the pip appears to be the smaller collar style . Just a couple of observations .

This is not my field, but from what you show, there is a dissonance between the wear to the Alu gespinst part and the black badge cloth. The latter
looks new. Re making shoulder boards is a fairly easy game.
I do not collect Waffen SS insignia, but I do collect SS insignia and have some experience in it.
However, that is my impression.
