You should get Bob Hritz to post from his treasures, or Mr. Bwanek too.

The German Daggers site used to have the best compendium of these irritating little things, too.

I downloaded many images, but they are lost in my stupid filing system.

The piece in post 15 here looks as if it was reverse engineered from the very same images all us naive collectors post with good intent, but which become a tutorial for the fakers.
