I'm not good at all of the authenticity stuff, but I've never seen an SS sleeve eagle that looks like that.

Not one I have ever seen either. Workmanship is very poor and I would consider it a fake.

I don't like how the wings point downwards. I've only seen this feature in the early SS eagles but this one lacks other features of those.
