I agree that the tunic has possibilities. The collar tabs and eagle are fakes. I can't tell on the shoulder board.

Construction looks OK, but material is looks like zeltpane. That is not a RZM issue. In this case the buttons is also non marked with SS RZM. Construction looks ok, even the shape of the pockets. These tunics is a bit different in cut from the other later M 36/37 tunics type, and all I have seen has not any traces of insignia

And at least the Roman digits in the collartabs must mean the Standarte nr, after they discontinued using Roman Standarte numerals on the straps( hundertshaft Arabic digits on the collartabs- each Standarte has 4 Hundertschafts)
    So:

    SS-Totenkopfstandarten 1 Oberbayren I
    SS-Totenkopfstandarte 2 Brandenburg II
    SS-Totenkopfstandarte 3 Thuringen III
    After Anschluss- Oesterreich: 1938
    SS-Totenkopfstandarte 4 Ostmark IV
    1939 year
    SS-Totenkopfstandarte 5 Dietrich Eckhardt V
It must be V, but I think it must be rare bird, and I'am dare to say that there noone has a orig example in collection
