fake or real ? I spend hours on resaearch in the internet but can't find anything regarding the Totenkopf cuff title and the batch.

Thank you for your answer Krikke. The Person who is selling it doesn't know anything about it. He got it from a neighbour who recently passed away.
He offers also SS Shoulder boards ( Pink Piped ) & Two LAH Leibstandarte Shoulder Board Cipher Insignia Badge.
