This came from a vet in 1983.he said it came from a ss barricks in france.he found it in a locker there.was it an award?who knows.it is such a great piece of history.

A FEW YEARS AGO ROBERT HASSLER FOUND THE BOTTOM PART OF ONE IN GERMANY.IT SHOCKED HIM TO SEE WHAT THE TOP PART LOOKED LIKE.THAT WOULD BE LIKE HAVING A BEAUTFUL WOMAN BUT YOU ONLY HAVE HER FROM THE KNEE CAPS DOWN

I have never seen one before and it is a wonderful SS collectible. Those boys must have been proud and the various vendors certainly had a good eye for design, when these non-issues pieces were made.
