Tabs for review

I picked these up today. Next to nothing so no love lost if not correct. Personally I have no hope for any of them(especially the rank tab).
1. They actually passed the burn test
2. Chord around edge is three piece
3. Camera is horrible, sorry
4. Please be kind..just kidding fire away

I assumed this. For learning knowledge; why are they bad so if I ever run across correct tabs I will know what to look for.

Oh I would be very jelous if you would find an original JST collar tab.

There is not really a single aspect of them which is good. The backing, piping, pips, etc are all wrong. Never mind the lack of quality of workmanship. I would suggest comparing them to original examples. Jack Angolia's book on Cloth insignia of the SS is a good place to start.

If I found an original one I would probably sell it to you. I just picked these up at an auction. No one was bidding on them so I said "what the heck" Less than $2 a tab. I don't collect SS stuff. Only have a tropical eagle with tag that came in a lot of armbands I needed to fill a hole. Lucked out on that one. Do you have any pics of a Junkerschule tab? NowI'd really like to see one.
