bob, what and where was the fuhrerbau,i won't be ashame to ask this question
the fuhrerbau was hitler's office building in munich. It was adjacent to the feldherrnhalle. Ulric of england's book on the deutschland erwacht standartes has in it a photograph of the flag storage room after it had been looted by g.i.'s. Poles laying all over the place. Many of the deutschland erwact flags that today are in western collections have a provenance back to that room.

I believe some of Bob's collection went to other collectors, and some went to a dealer in the US.
