Well, I guess that it would be good if Richtofen would tell us if it is thread or wire as that will have a direct bearing on the value/rarity of the item posted.

Agreed. My first guess was NCo but can't be for sure with just these pictures. None the less, still a great item for a great price.

I also agree but I would like to see a good close up of the badge, it may not be for an officer if it is done in wire as I gather that it could be worn on the black uniform or walking out dress in this manner.
