Certainly not "typical manufacture" on those top runes, lol...Crude and uneven, in my opinion...
You'll find quite a few errors in books as your knowledge grows in this hobby...

Hard to tell from the original illustration but I would also agree that these are not typical manufacture, as they look more to me to be "foreign" made and are more like those made in Belgium, possibly by the firm Reitz.
