Waffen SS, Fiel Cap, real or fake?

This thread seems to attract trolls ( or just a single persistant one ) . I'd be more interested to know if Weitze actually sold this low-end fake cap .

I don't know Weitze but i would think that even a dealer in fakes would remove the BW label?

The cap is not SS. The RZM ink stamp is total fantasy. I agree that it is a Bundeswehr cap.

I have a difficult time believing that Weitze sold this cap and issued a COA. They have been counterfitted before.

I have bought from Weitze before, and he offers excellent service. However, I would not recommend buying from him without second opinions beforehand. There are certainly some questionable items on his site.

I have three caps just like this one(without the fake insignias though) bought for £1.00 each on a market stall
