I think that the top straps are the more standard type, whilst the bottom tabs are not.
The bottom tabs look to have a bright finish, which would seem to indicate that they would be "early" but the silver pips were (generally) not used by officers' until very late in the war, so they seem to be a bit of a contradiction?

Also, the top shoulder straps would probably be a better match for a tunic as they are more standard, have some wear, and would possibly blend in better than the other pair.
However, this is just my opinion - the final choice is up to you!

They could have been placed (also) later. For the rest I don't see anything wrong with them.
