I waited 30 years to get this tunic. It is a well worn, field reapaired, late war tunic.

The Kuban Shield is original to the tunic.

The lining is rayon HBT and I cannot see any markings.

No I do not know how John obtained the tunic. I tried to get it from him for 30 years, but to no avial. It is now too late to know, unless Kurt or someone remembers.

It is a very small tunic and has much wear and several repairs, but it is one that makes me comfortable.
