The tab was authorised on April 28th 1942. As I mentioned before, only worn in training when the unit was in Hamburg.

I know "FB" and i are always banging on about Andrew Mollo's books: but they are vital tools if you collect SS material. I bought "Hitler's Germanic Legions" back in 1978 and this tab is shown in it.

I have been lucky enough to handle an original of one of these tabs care of a friend's collection. One day I hope to buy it...

Danish flag tab for 24th SS pnz gren regiment, only worn for a short period I think.
