d'alquen, i may be wrong but was not Baum SS-Oberfuehrer when he commanded the panzer regiment? i can't remember... like '43 or '44?

the rank would be right, but the waffenfarbe?

Tessin, based on Feldpost numbers, likewise inaccurate compared to actual events in the field.

When Keppler commanded "DF" is was an Infanterie Regiment (mot) at its most advanced stage, white is proper. Not pink.

But likewise nothing to do with originality, along with my never seeing Keppler in a white uniform in 30 years of studding "Das Reich" and its combat elements.

"DF" commanders were Keppler, Kumm, Stadler, Weidinger, as formally appointed with a deputy serving as i.V. during brief absenses

Here is a camp commandant who wore his weiss rock for the photographer. There is no white tunic in the last photo. I think these are Bundesarchiv photos.

The Obersturmbannführer is Artur Rodl, commandant of Gross-Rosen. It was a sub-camp of Sachsenhausen, Rodl became commandant
when it became an independent camp in May 1941. I owned the album at one time, unfortunately names of various other personnel were not on the originals.
