The (Oscar) Dirlewanger Brigade was is Warsaw from begin august till 3 october 1944.
As this picture was taken 1943, it is not Dirlewanger.

Correct. Dirlewanger's troops were employed in the action against the Warsaw uprising. This was a different event from the Warsaw Ghetto uprising during which the above photograph was taken.

hi , they appear to be regular waffen ss troops, collar patch look to be runes tabs , the trooper with the arm chevron looks to have an Adler above it ,but my eyes ain't what they used to be !! Paul
