WW2 SS uniform?

Article about: Thanks everyone. I knew it was authentic but had no idea these things were valuable until a few days ago when I started searching online. There's some writing on the back of the metal crest

    Default WW2 SS uniform?

    I came across this forum trying to research a WW2 German SS uniform my late grandfather brought back from WW2. He was a POW in Barth, Germany.

    I have a person stopping by tomorrow who collects WW2 military items who will be taking a look at it. I would appreciate any info forum members can give me.

    hi sophie welcome to the forum, could we please see some better pictures as the guys who know this ss stuff will need, clear photos of the collar tabs with runes on aswell as some clear pictures of the insides of the jacket, the lining and cut of the jacket from the back, and the arm insignias, that eagle looks a bit like a army eagle?

    This appears to be a good original uniform and will be very valuable.

    Is there a cuff title on the sleeve?

    Sophie this looks a really superb tunic , what is the badge above the right breast pocket ?
