Imperial German Visor Cap

I brought this visor cap recently at a good price and it looked rather charming (although with some moth damage.)

I really don't know much about it, can somebody please help me.

Spot on Id apart from the state John, the cockade is for Prussia on this cap. These caps were worn officially by NCO's pre 1907 and were issued by the regiments or bought by the soldier direct from the manufacturer if he was rich ! The other ranks wore the peakless field cap.

Great price and the mothing is easily fixed on these caps .........cap needs a little tlc and it will look even better !
