This was just up on ebay. It is a Deutsches Reich Zweispitz für Offiziere der Kaiserlichen Marine-Torpedo, aka the "fore & aft" cap. A lovely piece, kept stonemint by it's case.
It ended up going for $1072.45:

Not in the best condition, but here is a Franco-Prussian War-era Zweispitz for an Admiral:

Bending the rules a bit here, but this is a very rare Originaler Marinehut (Zweispitz) für Beamte der k.u.k. Kriegsmarine:

Zweispitz fur Marine-Stationsintendanten den Rang von Räten 1. Klasse (= Konteradmiral):
