Saw this one also. I'm stumped by the black band & piping, since it doesn't match any Saxon military unit; perhaps it is police as stated in the description.
I initially thought Saxon Carabinier Regt., but no white piping, so that's not it, and just about all other Saxon units with a black band also have red piping.
Looks like a nice quality cap; I'm a sucker for those velvet bands.
