Seller says band is yellow. Appears to be Dragoner, but piping appears to have been placed on the lower band after the fact:

Hat is real, but it may be Verein, or possibly Saxon Forestry or Police, and could also be a Feldgrau visor for Sächs. Schützen (Füsilier)-Regt. Prinz Georg Nr.108
