    I believe the Sturmtruppe Badge is a wartime example, dated 1917...You are correct in that the Skull-Pin is a Post-WWI Eiserne Division Veteran's Pin...

    Thanks. Looks a little "lite" to be worn in battle which is why I asked. Almost like a tinnie. Were these worn in combat?
