I don't know what kind of badge si it bat on the cross is located Tyrolean eagle, so it is probably austrian badge.

The red eagle is the symbol of Tirol and is a very old symbol. The White Maltese Cross, on the other hand, seems to indicate an Order of Johanniter, so I am going to say that this is a Order of Johanniter of the Tirol branch. It's a beautifully done badge and I especially like the enamel work on the eagle. I wouldn't mind having it myself!
