Unfortunately the scabbard of the dagger that was last shown is not an Eickhorn product.

Among the dagger manufacturers the sharing of parts occurred, especially in and around the "hub" of such manufacturing - Solingen. When one manufacturer had a big order and ran out of pommels or scabbard rings, etc. another manufacturing will sell them enough of the particular components they needed to make up the supply shortfall so they could fill their orders on time.

There was quite some exchange in parts when needed between firms but there are a few companies like Eickhorn and Alcoso who imo solely used their own parts.

This scabbard most likely came from a Hörster dagger and imo did not came with the dagger when it left the Eickhorn Werke.
This is not a known Eickhorn combi, its also well known that collectors swapped a lot of parts to upgrade their daggers, and they didnt care at all if the scabbard matched with the maker mark of the blade.
As long as it fitted the blade all was well.

Thanks a lot Ger and you guys,
it can be very confusing, apart from the fakes there is also the combination of parts.
Fakes I am learning to recognize (not always) but the combination of original parts will take some more time.
I was startend with timepieces (Beobachter Uhren, Navigate Chrono's, piloten / Flieger Uhren, U-boot clocks, Radio-stations Uhren, etc. etc.)
    But it grows and grows.
So I hope till later and again, I have leaned some more.
    With kind regards,
    GWZ.
