Very nice example of a Krebs! Has to be one of the earlier examples I have seen by this rare maker, type "B" generic fittings, killer red grip and the scabbard has nice hand work and an earlier look for sure..I would love to know if this maker ever made a slant! Congrats! Kevin
Nice dagger! Army daggers with nickel plated blades are quite scarce. As you pointed out C.J. Krebs was one of the few makers who offered one.
I am fond of it's dark coloured grip. Nice piece.........!
