Wehrmacht Dagger Original?

Hey guys, I found this German dagger and wanted to add it to my collection. I have never owned a German dagger so I am not as knowledgeable as I perhaps should be. Any opinions on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

In agreement, at a minimum it's a "humper" with an an added artificial snakeskin(?) scabbard covering, gold painted(?) rings. Best Regards, Fred

The grip and blade may have a shot but everything else is wrong on so many level's. Heer daggers are fairly common so definitely pass on this one.

Could this dagger be ok if the covering was took off the scabbard. Looks like generic parts so may be ok for Klaas. Interesting looking portapee.

Thanks guys. I hope to find some nice entry level daggers as I branch into some edged weapons. Still sorting out the bend in a Samurai sword I have now.
