Degens- You are absolutely right! This has been a fun experience- I have had this dagger in a display case for 11 years not knowing what I had and not thinking it was worth much- Definitely a Christmas present! Thanks to Serge's thread and all of the knowledge in this forum-- I now have an unexpected treasure hanging on the wall!!

IT'S A 6 ! (IMO) Probably, 1st day of production.
The great thing about this hobby is that the longer we hold on to these artifacts, the more we find out about them. This is a great find.
