What variation of Heer dagger hanger do I have?

Seems like the most common hangers that I have seen have the straps folded over and sewn at the top where this one has the engraved metal tabs. Sorry if I am not using the correct terminology to name the parts but I am trying to learn. Is this an early or late design? Thank you for your responses.

These are simply one of the fancier variations of Heer Officer's Dagger hangers. I don't believe there is actually a name for them.
