From the condition and calibre (the Germans couldn't make them in 9mm Parabellum due to the conditions of the Versailles treaty post 1919), it might well be ex Finnish army-they were big users of that type as the m/23 pistol-numbers have come onto the market recently and many aren't SA ('Finnish Army') marked-have seen several at my local dealers like that one.
I agree with Bill on your luger. Look good from What I can see from the photos. 800.00 is about right for these, in todays market.
