I thought the same, but my lack of knowledge on helmets made me keep my thoughts to myself the liner pin doesnt look right either and like a fairly recent addition.

Yes, apparently the liner is bad too, so it's been messed with.
Probably found as a shell and refurbed.........

if you read the post it says the helmet had a wrong liner!!!!!! i bought the helmet as a nice shell i dont know about the eagle dont really care as i got it fo nothing plus im not selling it its staying here!!!!!!!.

By saying "wrong liner" that doesnt necessarilly mean that its repro, could have easily meant that its genuine but not original to the helmet, as there are plenty of helmets out there like that. Also a little bit of politeness would be appreciated as we were only making observations on what you've shown.

thats ok .but im showing the guns ,im happy you discussed the helmet it was in there as i got it with the mg42 and luger i knew what it was ,but good you guys noticed .

Please remember, it's an MG34, NOT an MG42. There is a big difference.
